Aromes tropicaux, de mandarine, de pin et de résine nous donnant un nez complexe et harmonieux. Liquide doré et bien limpide développant un filet de mousse éphémère. Entrée de bouche légèrement fruitée se transformant en une amertume intense et persistante. Notes tropicales de fruit de la passion, de mandarine. Base maltée laissant s’exprimer un léger caramel. Les conifères sont puissants et laissent une amertume âpre et tranchante qui persiste de longues secondes en fin de bouche. Le corps est rondelet, charnu. La carbonatation moyennement douce. On y dénote une certaine astringence en finale. Des sensations fortes en amertume dans cette West Coast costaude pour amateurs avertis. O:8.25 V:3.0 G:7.7 C:3.35 G:16.4 T:38.70
