Not much of a cream ale, quite bitter but not bad, thanks Patrick S.!

A light haze, golden colour with a white cap, decent stay and lacing. Getting some pineapple-coconut nose at first, but it slowly disappears to show some nice cereal grain base with a touch of citrus and Pils spiciness. Grapefruit zest in the taste with a little of it juices, other citruses and some blending grassiness. A decent IPA that is not too hazy, not too juicy, not too American-style, but a bit of all.

Lightly hazed, golden-amber colour with a warm off-white head, decent stay with a coat staying above the brew. A caramel malt base with some good grassiness and piney notes. The flavours are quite milder with the blend of things found in the nose. Gets hazier as it pours, and this is where it switches a bit to the wrong coast. Citrus, tropical fruits, etc. You kind of lose the caramel maltiness, hoppy grassiness and pine touch. Alright for drinking, but a little messy.

Clean, deep brown colour with ruby-amber highlights, a light-beige head, average stay and some light lace. Nutty nose with a touch of fruitiness with the malts and a tad alcohol. Slick mouthfeel with a little dryness in the end. Dark fruit flavours with a hint of molasses, maple and nutty tart. A Scotch Ale that goes down nicely, does what it has to do and nothing over the top.

Copper-amber colour. Medium head. Slightly fruity aroma. On the palate, some woody hop notes, decent bitterness. And butterscotch. Like actual butterscotch, not caramel or diacetyl. Though I am worried about when it warms up a bit more. The body has some creaminess to it, before the hop bitterness rolls through the finish. I appreciate they set out to make a very deliberately English beer.

First of two Quebec Maple beers tonight (the other being Brouemont). A slight hazed, amber colour with a light beige head, decent stay for the style, but lacing is limited. Maple syrup aromas over fruity amber malts, with a touch of burnt wood. Maple flavours with hops that cut the sweetness. Not syrupy at all in the mouthfeel and a good dryness in the end, but not overly. I have tried a few maple beer recently, but this is the one that taste the most, yet - still easy to drink. Good job !!

Older can from June 2022 - and the contest was already won a long time ago. Hazy, golden colour with lots of tiny, transparent particles floating around. The head is big, frothy, white with good retention and lots of sticky lacing. Big grassy, hop aromas with hints of oats over the malts. The taste also shows a little more grassiness, mild bitterness blended from the oats. Hints of citrus lingering. Might have been juicier back when it was canned, but a hoppier, hazy IPA right now.
A red copper ale with a very thin white head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with light nutty notes, light cereals, pleasant. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light grassy hops, light cereals, light coffee notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery
A lightly hazed blonde ipa with a thin lacing white. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light dank notes, light fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, light buttery notes, OK. On tap at brewery.
