A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet malt with strong mix of ginger and incense, nice. In mouth, a nice malt with ginger, light incense, pleasant. Can at Festival des Bières de Laval 2026.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has some hay, rustic farmhouse notes, and a touch of spirit (from the sake yeast). Flavour is really dry, with farmhouse yeast, hay, straw, and a nice hefty carb. Dry, nice use of the yeast, and well-carbed. Very good.

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, light woody notes, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee grind, light bourbon barrel notes, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Avant-Garde.

Thanks omhper! Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, some apples and tart wooden tones. Flavour is tart fruitiness with some berries and mild sweet malts as well as some grassy and mild honey tones. Rather dry palate.

Lightly hazed, light golden-yellow colour with a white cap, average stay, leaving a thin coat over the brew. Barrelled funkiness, Brett notes, with some lemon sourness. A very nice sour feel that continues in the taste, with some funk-earthiness, good citrus and mild tart left on the tongue. Hints of ginger from the Asaret (Canadian Wild Ginger), all well-blended with the rest, being not too spicy (wish it was spicier or stronger).
