12 oz. can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose has some nice brett funk, light rustic notes, and some herbaceous, almost vegetal notes. Flavour is not full of much character; there’s some bretty funk, earthiness, faded bready notes. Not a very poignant brett character, nor is there much else to speak of. Okay.

355mL can. Pours a murky blonde with a white head. Lots of dry Brett with some spicy saison yeast on the nose. Flavour is just mostly Brett. Maybe some other yeast character floating around, but it really is a one-trick beer. It's fine, just not that interesting.

Very well laced, solid white head on an unfiltered tan body. Nose is fresh fruit juice, pepper and tropical notes. More fresh fruit in the taste profile - grapefruit, orange, lemon, melon and pineapple. Sweet bready malt, a touch of rye spice and a grind of pepper add to the fresh squeezed fruitiness of the hops. Medium body with a slightly slick mouth feel. Refreshing and tasty.

A dense off-white head on a deep brown body. Nose is subtle with malt, brown sugar and a touch of woodiness. Definitely understated taste profile. Caramel malt, a touch of citrus hops, brown sugar, some ground nuts. Very smooth with a slightly creamy finish.

Light resin, tropical fruit and sweet malt on the nose. Not a NE IPA fruit slugfest, but a very drinkable, balanced ipa. Pineapple juice, lemon and tropical fruit notes work well with solid carbonation and sweet malt. A balanced quaff.

A big, fluffy and well laced off-white head on a near black body. The nose punches, with citrus and tropical hops, grass and roasted malt. Big IPA elements including grapefruit led citrus hops, grass, soft chocolate and coffee, big roasted malt, molasses and a resinous note in the finish. A touch thinner, but the taste profile tracks the Firestone Walker Wookey Jack Imperial rye IPA, which is a great compliment.

On tap at Stillwell Freehouse. Pours murky yellow with a white head. Pale malts and floral, fruity hops on the nose. Flavour has dry floral grass, slightly fruity hop expression. Pretty light on the malts, coming across a bit seltzery. Fairly light on the carbonation. The hops are decent, but the body leaves a lot to be desired.

On tap at Stillwell Freehouse. Pours hazy pale blonde with a white head. Lemon peel and white pepper on the nose. Flavour has bright citrus peels, peppery yeast expression, and a fairly dry finish. Not super complex, but the bitterness is well-dialed in; seems well done.

Prédominance des houblons floraux et épicés dans cette Pils où les accents maltés sont déficients.
