Labrosse is a community based brewery in the West Island that opened in February 2017. We focus on product quality, community involvement and sustainable production. Aromatique bien citrique avec pamplemousse en évidence s’accompagnant de résine semi-intense. Liquide doré ambré très partiellement voilé et recouvert d’une énorme mousse rocailleuse qui se maintient de longues minutes. Entrée de bouche herbacée et citronnée mettant en vedette le coté citrique du Idaho 7. On perçoit également du pamplemousse, du litchi et le coté résineux perçu en olfactif apparait beaucoup moins en bouche ce qui assure une certaine complexité. L’amertume de la finale apparait d’intensité moyenne et laisse une trainée moins longue et plus sèche. Le malt nous montre un côté céréalier et s’intègre bien à l’ensemble. L’utilisation du Idaho 7 donne un aspect bien original à cette West Coast et rend sa palette assez intéressante. O:6.82 V:4.65 G:8.41 C:5.0 G:15.75 T:40.63

A hazed milky yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, dank notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light treacle, light butterscotch, OK. On tap at brewery.

A reddish brown ale with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, ground cherry, light lactic notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light Brett, very nice.
