Growler: Poured a cloudy dark brown color ale with a medium size brown foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt with light grainy notes with some residual sugar is enticing. Taste is a good mxi of caramelized malt with some residual sugar notes and some dry fruits notes. Body is full with medium carbonation and no apparent alcohol notes. Lacking some attenuation and depth but still pretty enjoyable beer.

At the taproom. Clear mahogany brown and a nutty aroma. The taste is nutty toffee biscuits and a tangy malt character. My Australian brother-in-law liked it and went through 2-3 pints. 3.6

Their version of a classic IPA has a nicely hoppy herbal pine and citrusy tangerine hop bouquet. Crisp medium body and decent flavor. Solid. 3.6
