Can. Blonde, with a slight haze. Bright mango hop aroma, with some nice pale malts backing it up. On the palate, the pale malts are solid, and the hops have a bit of a piney bitterness, with the mango notes more subdued. Liking this.

Bottleshare @ Yggdrasil Brewing pre-open. Creamy yellow pour, some white foam on top. Nose is tart, funky and farmhouse-y. Some horseblanket and barnyard, some apples too. Taste has brett, funky and quite dry actually. Sone fruitiness there. Quick finish. I do like this, especially its nose.

Shinagawa Intercity Oedo Festival tasting. Hazy amber pour, some light beige foam. Huge cinnamon nose, spices. Yes, lots of tasty spices there with a bit of pumpkin pie. Light bitterness in the finish. Easygoing and tasty.

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur orangée trouble, mousse blanche fuyante. Arôme de pêche, pointe de banane, Campino aux pêches, un peu beurré. Goût de pêche, sucré, levure, légère âcreté. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen. En un mot: confus.
