Old rating - A 500ml bottle brought home from my trip to PEI last summer. Pours brown colour with a beige head. Aromas & tastes of coffee, caramel, wood & malt. Decent porter.

Old rating - A 500ml bottle from my trip to Prince Edward island last summer, poured at home in Jersey, UK. It's dark amber in colour with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, fruits, caramel, pine, wheat & yeast. A crisp hoppy finish. Excellent

Picked up a selection of 500ml bottles at PEI liquer in Summerside. This the first I've poured is very promising. A very well made APA with citrus.

Dullish pale amber, thin head, sort of a chill haze. Toasty, moderate bitterness, biscuity malt. The hops lack vibrancy.

There’s a dull amber colour run through a mango filter. No head at all. Pretty boozy and dry. Hops are dull. There’s some mango but nothing vibrant. The whole production is muted.

Amber - sort of a touch of blueberry, a light acidity, moderate hop. The elements are more or less balanced but nothing jumps out in a definitive way.

Opaque, pale but dull. No head. Slightly sticky. Stuck fermentation, esters, some plastic, a touch of coriander comes through but otherwise anything good can’t get past the sticky.
