Description
With a foundation in homebrewing in 1992, Paul Kavulak set about to experiment within a hobby that would prove both entertaining and, at times, refreshing. Over a period of roughly 13 years, and with the able assistance of his wife Kim, this activity led to the opening of the Nebraska Brewing Company’s brewpub in Shadow Lake Towne Center in Papillion, Nebraska, on November 17, 2007. A new production brewery and taproom were opened in January of 2014. Located on the south side of the Omaha Metro, but still a large part of the Omaha Craft Beer scene.

Draught. I guess it might have just been the English brown rather than it bieng an AMerican brown, but I found it to be kind of watery and boring.

Can. Pale gold in color with a three finger head. Even though it leans to the hoppy side it is in a pleasant manner and not the stomp your tongue in bitterness manner. Nice beer.

Can. A person can only read so many reviews about IPAs before he can simply start cutting and pasting. Just saying.
