Hazy, pale amber. Thick bead. This one has a fruity hop nose, and on the palate diacetyl. I mean some fruity hop there, biscuity malt but yeah, butter. Sink.

Darkish amber, bright, medium head. Well-extracted crystal malts and bright piney hops on the nose, with some pear and orange accents. Likewise, these same characteristics express well on the palate, accent slightly to the malty, with medium bitterness, and just a hint of alcohol in the finish. This is textbook old school DIPA, the kind that goes to the medal round but also just plain drinks well.
