pours near black with a one finger light tan head. Roasty, chocolatey aroma. The flavor is dark roast malt, coffee, and chocolate. It’s medium bodied, a quite tasty porter.

Can (10/31/23) pour from Valley Beverage. Cloudy dark yellow with light sparkle, thin head with fair retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, stone fruit. Taste is orange and lemon citrus over stone fruit, hint of lime and herb. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Decent strength. Not groundbreaking but right for style.

On tap at Second Chance, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out some weird herbal, oniony hops — somewhat vegetal too. Flavour is oniony and vegetal in the hop department. Way too vegetal. This ain't pleasant.

On tap at Second Chance, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of oily, dank, piney hops, some resins and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is oily, dank and piney in the hop department, with just enough dry biscuity malt. Piney and oily finish. Really nice hop expression.

On tap at Second Chance, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of earthy coffee grounds that meld with the piney hops in a way that's reminiscent of diacetyl. Flavour is a little better but still not harmonious, with earthy coffee grounds, subdued piney hops, and a crisp biscuity malt base. Not too happy with the addition of coffee in here. It's alright but not exactly well-calibrated.

On tap at Second Chance, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle dank hops and slightly sweet biscuity malt. Flavour is dank and herbal, with a pot-like, herbal hop character, and some oily resins. Too herbal and pot-like, without depth and a clean palate. It's alright.
