Bottle at home, black beer, small to no head. Aroma is roast, coffee, malt, oats, slight burned hinting of smoke, slight hint of bourbon and wood. Taste is the same, sweet, bitter, alcohol warmth, the oak ageing is almost not noticeable in flavour. Good tho.

Pours a hazy amber/orange with an off-white head. Aroma of spicy fruit and hops. Dry, bitter finish. This brew is not very distinguished, but it’s still a nice refreshing IPA which I enjoyed.

Aroma of grain, herbs, clove, pumpkin, light hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate to medium bitter finish. Decent Pumpkin beer.

Aroma of malt, caramel, rich fruit, some hoppy notes at the end. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Nice take on the Belgian Quadrupel style, this one is less sweet and more bitter than most Quads. Nicely done.

Aroma of soft malt, lots of ginger, soap, spicy notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate bitterness. This ginger-based beer is not too my liking. I did enjoy the bitter finish.

Bottle at home. Aroma of wheat, spicy yeast, coriander, citrus, hint of banana, some orange peel. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a hint of bitterness in the finish. Body is medium. Average enjoyable Dunkelweizen.

Bottle at home. Aroma of dark malt, hint of roast, hint of coffee, hint of liquorice. Flavour is light sweet with a light to moderate bitter finish. Body is light, weak, watery. Feels unfinished, unstable. Not impressed.

Bottle at home. Aroma is bready malt, sweet candied fruit, floral notes, a bit sulphury, spicy notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Strange beer, the used hops promise fruitiness, but there’s little to be found. More of a floral malty and light spicy beer with some hoppy notes.

Bottle at Winterbierfestival, Gouda: Very black brew with an very robust taste of roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and hints of vanilla. Kinda crazy brew at the start.
