Bottle at De Paas, Den Haag. Poured a clear medium amber with a broken white head. The aroma is big rich red berry fruit, malt cake, spicy cinnamon. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a doughy biscuit, dry yeasty, ginger palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle at De Paas. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of ginger, spices, nutmeg, light garam marsala, lemongrass and light weeds. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.

On tap at Bierfestival Groningen 2015. Listed with 4% alc. Golden like a Pilsener in the glass. Ginger and lemon on the nose. Taste is more citrus like dishing soap with ginger, later more malt. Not my favourite.

On tap at Bierfestival Groningen 2015. Unclear amber in the glass, big white foamy head. High carbonated. Taste is very malty, citrus sweetness, lower bitterness, less fruity and hop, little bit salty and herbal in the aftertaste.

@BFGM15, oranje iets wazig, witte kraag. aroma is erg floraal en fruitig. Smaken zijn matig bitter, lichte body, m.z zoetig, fruitig, fris, mooie hop bitterheid, licht zepige smaak, tropische fruiten, ananas/mango, lichte sinaasappel echter wel wel kenmerkend is t.o.v. de vorige versies was de lichtere body, niet onaardig desondanks. --- Beer merged from original tick of Praotnat (2014) on 18 May 2018 at 14:35 - Score: 7

3e Noordelijk Lentebierenfestival Leeuwarden 2015 koper rood met minimale kraag, helder. Aroma van graan, mout, alcohol, zoetig. Smaken zijn zacht, goede co2 in de mond (’tja ik weet ook niet meer wat ik allemaal opschrijf na een aantal biertjes) . caramel, iets minder zoet en bitter dan de quadrupels in het algemeen, smaken zijn over het algemeen gewoon goed. redelijke body, glad lage co2. aardig

330 ml. bottle sampled. Purchased @ ABC Beers. BBF 12/2015. Clear golden, almost zero head. Nose is sweetish weak touch lactic, pumpkin spice, weird, this lactic. Taste is odd lactic, mineral, sparkling water, pumpkin spices, weird thin, lactic, lots of mineral notes,… Odd light mineral lactic body. This didn’t feel right. Nice label.

pours rather clear blonde . ok white head . Smell is fresh , some bitterness , hints of pumpkin . Taste is bitter, rather sharp Sweet , rather arteficial tasting pumpkin ( I probab;y get that Idea because of the bitterness , that makes this tastes like its arteficial . Ok beer , but nothing waaw . Don’t feel like the mix works well

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Dutchdrebus. Lightly hazy yellow color, small off-white head. Smells awful, sweetish, "speculaas", apple pie, cinnamon and other herbs or spices. Dreadful. Taste is a little less bad. Thank god! Still it’s way too herbal, spicy and "speculaas" for me.

Bottle @ home @ weekly tasting. Clear golden colour with a small white head. Smells apple pie, cinnamon, herbs and spices obiously, sweet. Tastes pepernoot, slightly sourish, meh. Thin to medium body, soft carbo.
