Can (1/3/25) from Table and Vine, W. Springfield. Lightly hazy, dark brown/mahogany with light sparkle, ample head with excellent retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong roasted malt and toffee. Taste is strong, deeply roasted malt (some elements of char), burnt toffee, late baker's chocolate. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and dry finish as taste with lingering moderate bitterness. Sometimes, it's nice not to have the most complicated adjuncted stout or IPA with 8 flavors.

Can from Table and Vine, West Springfield. Cloudy dark yellow with thin head with good retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong tart yeast, citrus, biscuit. Taste is strong dry, yeast, light bubblegum, funk. Frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Citrusy but dry yeast dominates. OK.

Very carbonated. Lightly hazy.
That actually smells like Dupont. Wax, pencil lead, black pepper and biscuity malts.
A bit more white pepper and clove than the nose suggests but not egregious. Still has a good Dupontish character. Great texture, good maltiness. Solid.

Aroma is strong roasted malt, nuts, sweet coffee followed by mild char. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, silky texture, soft carbonation, lightly bitter finish. Pretty nice coffee Stout.

Can (7/14/25) from Table and Vine, W. Springfield. Hazy, dark yellow with light sparkle, thin head with fair retention and streaky lacing. Aroma is strong orange, citrus. Taste is strong orange, citrus and background malt. Smooth texture, medium bodied, lively carbonation, finish as taste. Not complex but good strength, nice and juicy and good body.

Can (12/17/24--10.3% ABV) from Table and Vine, W. Springfield. Lightly hazy reddish-dark brown with tons of sparkle, thin head with good retention and nice webs of lacing. Aroma is strong caramel, bubblegum, banana bread and milder cherry. Taste is strong caramel, milder fruits than aroma but there, especially as it warms. Smooth texture, average carbonation and sweet finish as taste. Taste doesn't quite live up to aroma but still quite good.
