Golden coloured. Soft creamy malt profile. Hints of vanilla and apple. Meant as a Trappiste style enkel, I believe, and not too bad as a such.

A blonde ale with black cherries and black currant. Amber coloured, light bodied, slight berry flavour. Rather bland.

This cask stout took over ten minutes to pour. When I got it, it was worth it - extraordinarily creamy and malty (yes, you can do that without nitrogen), with a good dose of juicy hoppiness and a hint of acidity.
