Deep dark clear brown porter with a thick moka head, creamy. A sweet treacle aroma with light buttery notes, not very smoked. In mouth, sweet chocolate with notes of smoked salmon, rather thin and boring. On tap at brewpub, March 2007.

Reddish amber ale with bloody hues and a thin white head. Sweet caramel aroma with light treacle notes. Sweet butterscotch in mouth, with light vanilla and tingling hops, and something annoying, like meat extract, or something unpleasant. Piney coniferous notes. Underfermented? Really did not like this one.

A hazy amber beer with a disappearing beige head. The aroma is sweet fruity and hoppy. The flavor has a sweet malty background combined with notes of nuts, on which is a slight flavor of citrus, mainly in the direction of grapefruit, from the hops, and all this leads to a dry hoppy end.
