Very thin cream ale with a chalky feel in the mouth, would need more malt to make it a bit more intersted...bof

Brown colour with large ugly bubbles stuck to the side of the glass. No head, as it dissipated in no time at all. Smells of old malt, bad hops and a slight sweetness are all noticeable. Medium-bodied; Decent maltiness in the taste with little else showing through. No swetness noticeable in the taste, just bland. Aftertaste fairly sublte with only a bit of the stale malt coming through. Overall, I wouldn't drink this again, but I am pleased to try it in the first place...thanks to Cartoon_Khaki for giving me a bottle to try!

Light bronze. Herbaceous hop nose. Fresh taste with a kiss of earthy hop. Decent for a mainstream lager.

Rich reddish chestnut hue; some touches of biscuity malt, but aroma is somewhat faint; light on the palate, only hinting at malt and maple. It may be the best-looking macrobrew on earth, but it's still a macrobrew.

Awful. Odd fruity taste hints at too high a fermentation temperature. There are some hop flavours, but they mix so poorly with the esters that it actually makes the beer worse. Malt flavours are lacking, body is almost syrupy (for a lager) and the finish is tough to choke back. If you can finish a six-pack, you're a better man than me.

Kind of cidery aroma. The flavour, while simple, has a pleasantly sweet maltiness to it. Nothing to write home about, but one of the better mainstream lagers in Ontario.
