Sample, thanks fonefan! Black, small head. Aroma of coffee and fudge. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Lots of coffee and fudge. Mildly warming mid bitter finish. Uncomplicated.

Bottle 33 cl: A non-alcoholic Elderflower IPA, to be exact. Has a very fizzy pour. Cloudy golden, off-white head with a good retention and some dirty yeast spots. Vague, citrusy aroma. Thin body, heavy carbonation fills your mouth with fizz, subtle citrus but cannot really detect the elderflower. But no real offputting notes or flaws apart from the overcarbonation, so absolutely drinkable. No bitterness. 080421

Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of citrus peel and lemonade with notes of straw and grain. Sweetish malty flavour with a bright citrus flavour, followed by a phenolic note. No initial hop bitterness, but a harsh, herbal bitter touch in the late aftertaste.
