Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a tasting glass. Slightly hazy deep amber colour, small creamy off-white head, slowly diminishing, thin layer remains, light lacing. Aroma roasted malt, caramel, honey, hay. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, light roast, caramel, raisins, light spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, smooth sweetbitter aftertaste, well-balanced, nice.

(Keg at Arendsnest, 20230415) The beer poured pale amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had honey, Belgian style yeast and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were honey, malts, sweetness, alcohols, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was boozy, fruity and bitter. A nice fruity brew with yeast notes. Too boozy.

Sample shared with Suus @ de Fransche School, Culemborg. Hazy pale yellow with a white head. Yeasty citrus taste with a lot a wheat. Sweet taste with a sour note and a low bitter finish. Refreshing wheat beer.

Pours clear, golden, a somewhat frothy white head doesn't last too long. Aroma's of malt, floral hops, bitterhops. Retronasal: malty, a bit fruity (or even vegetal) with some hop bitterness. Flavour is fairly bitter with light malty sweetness. Light bodied, firm carbonation. Bitterness remains.

A hazed pinkish gose with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light cranberry, hibiscus, tart fruits, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with cranberries, light acidity, light lactic notes, very nice. On tap at Craft & Draft.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 28 Aug 2022) Cloudy brownish yellow colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with wheat, grain, bread, hay and clove. Malty taste with notes of bread, wheat, grain, hay and hints of spice. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Interesting, tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 25 Aug 2022) Murky golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, toast and grapefruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, toast, pine needles and a balanced citric/piney bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tastes better than it looks, but it's a bit edgy. Still, nice one.
