Description
Two Chefs Brewing started in 2012 with the desire to completely stock our homes with home made funky beers and we haven’t stopped brewing since. We always aim to provoke the conventional and we like to stick out our tongue to the familiar.

Zwart met schuimige bruine kraag. Goed aroma van chocolade, gebrande en geroosterde mouten alsmede koffie. Smaken zijn matig zoet, redelijk koffie bitter die lang aanhoud, en zeer intense mouten. Glad van textuur en niet al te dik. Bier bevat wat te beperkte complexiteit en te lang koffie bittere tonen om voor mij als goed bier door te gaan, daarom redelijk!

33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Black color, beige-brown head. Aroma of berries, roasted malts, earth, liquorice, chocolate. Flavour is roasted malts, some chocolate, yeast, earth, black liquorice, light fruity notes, bitter finish with some mocha. Medium-bodied at best. OK.

Bottle @ Beer Temple, shared by Sander. Dark brown colour, some off-white coloured bubbles. Nose is roasted malts, bit of bubble gum, fruits. Flavour is light roasted malts, sugary, bubble gum again, some fruits. Finish is slighty roasty and fruity.

33cl bottle from the Bier Koning. Thick off white head. Clear black pour. A very nice porter. Well hidden alcohol.

Bottle @ joes shared by me. Hazy pale orange colour with a small white head. Smells walnut, rubber shoesoles. Tastes walnut, wood, malts. Thin body, nice carbo.

Bottle shared by Dutchdrebus @ weekly tasting. Hazy orange color, small off-white head. Smell malts and walnut, no joke! Taste malts, bitter hops, again walnut. Average body and carbonation.

33 cl bottle from De Bierkoning @ home. Very dark, almost black color. Big, dense beige head with retention and some lacing. Roasted malts, ashy, sweet. Retronasal there’s some sour fruit additionally. Flavor is moderate sweet, roasted, drop, laurel/bay leaves, hints of sour fruit. Medium bodied. Finishes with full roast, ashy, moderate bitter.

Bottle shared. Pours hazy golden with a small off white head. Aroma of malt, fudge, buttery. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Fudgy malty drain liquid palate. Light bodied with flat carbonation. Bad.
