Growler. Dark copper, medium off white head. Sweet and bready, loads of sweet cereals, with some sharp grassy hops. Light Sherry note, some minerals, and alcohol. Viscous mouth feel, soft carb. Alcohol is apparent, sweet, malty, bready finish. Hops fade, low bitterness... Reminds me of a boozy English strong ale.

Ruby red pour, light pink head. Aroma is very earthy, and slightly sweet with some nice subtle citrus hop notes. Mouthfeel is good, carb is spot on. Finish as the beer warms becomes quite citrusy, and the earthy sweetness from the beets comes through and oddly compliments the beer with a medium bitterness.

Black pour, big beige head. Aroma is quite roast, with hints of coffee, and some strong herbal flavours, obviously strong on mint. Slightly watery mouth feel very soft carb. Finish is very minty, and herbal, with some minerals and soft roast. Well done.

Can from the brewery. Copper pour with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, and grassy. Some wet paper, sugary medium toasted cereals, and some grassy hops. Nice body, soft carb. Finish is again sweet and quite heavy on the cereals. Meh.

Biscuity malts, bready, grass. Lots of pale cereals, lacks a distinct UK happiness. Decent mouth feel, soft carb. Zero bitterness.... Pretty boring, run off the mill mediocre Ontario version of an English ale.

Clean golden-amber with a small head and a ring left on the brew. Cereal malt aromas with some waxiness and mild hops, giving hints of apples. The taste shows some sweet, fruity malts with enough hops to cut the richness in the end, but still a little too much for me. Hard to finish.

Clean golden-amber colour with a white frothy cap, decent stay and a little foamy lacing, but mostly on the brew (not the glass). Malty-fruity nose with some cereal grains that do come out to shift to better, and then... a mild grassy-hop touch. The taste is malty as well, with some fruitiness and the hops that do cut the sweetness, richness in the finish. Easy-going, crisp Canadian Ale that is malty, fruity and lightly hoppy.

Clean amber colour with golden highlights. The head is off-white, pinkish, bubbly with average stay and some light foamy lacing. Sweet malt nose with the fruitiness of red ales. The taste shows the same, but the hops do cut the sweetness in the end. This adds some bitterness, and fairly big dryness building. Goes down nicer than the aromas propose. A decent red ale.

Cereal olfactory with notes of French toast and some herbaceous hops with a somewhat vegetal impression. The liquid is deep golden pulling on the amber. It is perfectly clear and develops a small foam that barely holds. The taste is cereal, a little sweet, with honeyed notes. There is also a slight fruitiness. The bitterness is medium and represented by herbaceous and resinous hops that make it drag at the end of the mouth. The body is moderately light and the carbonation quite vivid. Basic beer with good bitterness and tasty enough to be interesting. But it remains a basic beer. A:5.783 A:2.889 T:6.924 B:4.035 O:12.761 T:32.392
