Medium sweet citrus and tropical fruity with some tangerine and grapefruit, passion fruit and mango, sticky sweet, hop spice with some resinous hops, malty support, piney hoppy light bitter finish. Pretty good.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Bright medium gold color. Frothy white head. Subtle grainy malt aroma has floral hop notes. Flavor is light and refreshing. Light biscuity malt and herbal hops upfront. Quite dry overall. Some minerality as well. Crisp, dry finish.

Undated can drunk 3/20/25.
Clear deep brass. Fluffy, white head.
Yeah, that's rich with mineral, not particularly extra saline that I would guess, but clean and well-lagered with light floral, heavily herbal hops that are dainty and bright. Surprised how much mineral there is and how it doesn't create any blandness whatsoever.
Hoppy and malty with good attenuation and a rich, honey-dense mouthfeel. Again, I wouldn't guess extra calcium carbonate here (obviously) and wouldn't call it highly or extra saline, but it's certainly a lovely mineral character with fresh herbs from the hops and clean, rich, honey-like malt. Lovely stuff.

Sad that beer tickers don't appreciate the greatness of this and other top tier pilsners.

16 oz can from Beer Culture, 3/1/25. Pours a bright orange color with a foamy white head and moderate-plus lacework. Stone fruit, grapefruit pith, pineapple, and pine. Fruity early, dank later. Tasty. Pretty good overall.

From tap at Threes, New York. Aroma is funky and yeasty with green berries, pale bready malt, gooseberries, wood, ripe (stone) fruits. Moderate sweet, medium body. Some lovely funk here, sweetish too. Good!

From tap at Threes, New York. Aroma is bready grains with funk, cherries, wood, more red fruits and funk. Flavour is mildly tart and moderate sweet. I'm impressed by how the grainy malt asserts itself in this Cherry Sour, makes for an interesting complexity. Nuanced.

Is this a Czech pils? Finished like one, but some lovely hop notes up front and some more sweetness. Well-balanced, bready malts. Smooth.
