On tap at BitterCreek Boise. Slightly foggy orange light amber. Funky windy barrel flavors and plenty of peach character. Some ABV is detectable. Very smooth slick feel.

Bottle from (I think) ex-Bottle Shop, Bermondsey stock. Black pour with a beige head. Nose is cappuccino, dark chocolate, Marmite, liquorice, soy sauce. Taste is coffee, black treacle, liquorice, dark chocolate, just a faint trace of bourbon. Sweet, malty finish. Good stuff.

Champagne yeast pretty potent here. More than in other Brut IPAs I've had. Some light grape must. Golden. Pour with bubbly head. Dry finish. Ok, easy drinking.

650ml bottle. Jet black colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige head. Chocolately, roasty, dark malty aroma, light BA support, notes of milk chocolate, some caramel, vanilla, Bourbon, whiffs of oak. Taste is dry, minimally sweet, caramel malty and roasty, chocolately, dark malty, notes of caramel, dark caramel, vanilla, some Bourbon, a touch of dark chocolate; roasty malty finish with an additional coffee and Bailey's touch. Minimally creamy texture, dry and minimally repellant, simultaneously minimally cloying palate, fine, soft, foamy carbonation. Harmonious, integrated, full of subtleties; and well matured (bottle from 2014) - very good.
