Optisch schönes rotes Kupfer, in der Nase spannend, Karamell, Würze, macht Lust. Im Trunk setzt sich das fort, die Kräuter bringen echt ordentlich Pepp und unterstreichen schön das Karamell, wie ein Möhrenkuchen, süß und doch irgendwie erdig. Tolles Ding, sehr lecker.

0,33ee Dose, optisch Kupfer wie versprochen. In der Nase irgendwie süß, zitronig, aber auch Karamell. Im Trunk Karamell, mittig bis hinten bitter, im Antrunk etwas schwach, insgesamt leider nur Mittelmaß.

Can from Bine & Vine. Pours translucent gold with a large creamy white head. Aroma is lightly, lightly tart with citrus and passion fruit. Around med body. Flavor has bready support, is lightly tart, and has guava and passionfruit. In a tropical way it suggests a Wit beer. Dryish. Lightly tart bitter. Very approachable sour.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 1 March 2020) Reddish amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with black-currant, raspberries and red fruit. Fruity, tart taste with notes of red fruit, black-currant, raspberries and a warming finish with a lemony tartness. Full body, thick and chewy moutfeel. Quite dry. Rich and really tasty. Very nice.

Optisch sattes Gold, Schaum hält sich lange, zügige Perlung. In der Nase hopfig, Pinien, Zitrus. Ebenso im Trunk, leichte Bittere, wird nach hinten deutlich, leicht harzig, vorne Pinie, hinten Mango, hohe Drinkability, Alkohol sehr dezent, lecker.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 29 Feb 2020) Reddish amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with raspberries, oak wood and white wine. Fruity, tart taste with notes of raspberries, spices, yeast, oak wood and a vinous acidity in a finish with low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. A bit different, but really fresh and tasty with a good oaky tartness. Very nice.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 26 Feb 2020) Golden colour with creamy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of citrus, hay, bread, grapefruit and clove. Fruity, tart taste with bread, citrus, gooseberries, clove, hay, flowérs and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, dry. Complex and well made with both wheat, wood acidity and hops well integrated. Very nice.
