Bottle. Aroma is very intensive aroma of burnt cables, burnt wood, ash. Light to medium bitterness. Quite extreme. I did not feel chocolate. I expected something more complex, too much peat does not work well here.

Barwa bursztynowa, straszny gushing. Bardzo duże problemy z nalaniem do szkła. Piana bardzo gęsta, długo się utrzymuje. Przyjemny pszeniczno-cytrusowy aromat, W smaku już gorzej, drożdże, minimalny banan, ciężko doszukać się czegoś konkretnego. Ziołowa goryczka.

Hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry and with decent fine carbonation. Fluffy dry creamy malts. A bitter yeasty note, almost bretty. Bitter floral hops and bitter orange peel. Dry pithy bitter floral finish. Dry and bitter and a little disappointing when you look at the hop profile.

Bottle shared at Leighton’s place 09/05/2016. Many thanks to Kenny for this one. Semi clear, reddy mahogany brown coloured pour with a thin light tan head. Aroma is dry brown bready, toasted, earthy pine, dry musty. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty toasted malts, pine hop, toast, hint of choc roast. Palate is semi sweet, airy, lingering semi choc roast.

Bottle care of Kenny. It pours dark brown with a small small off-white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, rich roast, chocolate, charred wood, tar, mango chutney and marmalade. The taste is bitter, decent roasted malt, cocoa, orange peel, soda water, wood, burnt toast with a dry, damp earthy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Aroma is ok, taste is a bit more taste is.

Bottle shared in W2 - thanks to Kenneth. Pours clear brown with a slight, frothy tan head. Light toasty malts in the nose, faint peanut butter, cocoa. Light sweet flavor with earthy bitterness, toast, mild baking cocoa, dried berries. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with light resin, more earth, cocoa, burnt toast. Not bad.
