Sample from tap at Sidrērija, Riga. Practically clear, lovely looking blood red body under a small, disappearing white head. Aroma has apple and red berries. Taste is nice and refreshing, medium sweet apple, slightly acidic red berries and slightly bitterness from the chokeberry. Balanced body and refreshing aftertaste. Nice combination.

Sample from tap at Sidrērija, Riga. Clear, pale golden with no head. Mild, green apple aroma, some acidity and hint of yeast. Taste is medium sweet (sold as dry) apple, some acidity, quite straight forward easy and refreshing without any complexity really.

Sample from tap at Sidrērija, Riga. Unclear golden without any head. Usually, I don’t find hoppy cider as a god idea, they use to taste to green and grassy. This was not the worst sample, not great but it works somehow. Mild, general apple flavor, distinct but light hop flavor, still quite green but not very bitter. Decent.
