Description
Since 2014, master brewer Fiete from Finkenwerder and his brothers have been producing the first Hamburg organic craft beer with ingredients from controlled organic cultivation.

Since 2017 Wildwuchs is the only Hamburg brewery to be certified organic according to European guidelines! Carefully crafted beers with aromatic diversity and sustainably oriented production are developed and produced in small quantities in the family company.

Since the end of 2018 we have been brewing in our own brewery in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg.

Unclear amber with a creamy head. Sour arabica coffee, leather, lemon juice, licorice, lemon zest, guarana. Dry sourness, dry zesty bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty coffee bitter sour finish. A quite nice coffee ale, reminds on a cold brew.

Bottle 0,33 ltr: Hazy brown coloured brew with an nicely sweet bitter taste with hints of caramel, chocolate, coffee and tart oranges.

Go Pats! Hazy, golden color and a nice white head. Fruity nose, Lots of pineapple and mango, less at IT geta warmer. Bitter-fruity Taste, tropical fruity flavors and a nice hoppy bill. Good.

Cloudy, golden color and a nice white head. Nose Is malty, grainy, faint hoppy. Smooth mouthfeeling, nice Balance of malts, Hops and a faint sweetness. Bitter and herbal Finish.

Unclear orange with a creamy head. Lemony, zesty, smoked ham and salmon, sourdough, rye, buckwheat, bready, estery, yeasty. Dry zesty bitterness, some sourness, malty fruity sweetness, umami. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty smoky bittersweet sourish finish. What a nice surprise, a really good Rauchbier of Franconian quality.

Bottle, 6.5%. Fruity aroma with a mild lemony note. Cloudy golden colour. Good creamy stable chalk white head. The flavour has a decent bitterness. Grassy hop notes. Yeasty aftertaste. Not much along the lines of a standard NEIPA with high fruitiness and sweetness, and low bitterness.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 31.07.2026) im 2025-02 getrunken. Das Bock hat eine feine, beige Schaumbildung. Es zeigt sich ein Karamell-Malz-Aroma. Doch alles wirkt sehr kurzweilig und mit einem untypischen dünnen Körper. Das hat Wildwuchs schon mal besser gemacht.

Cloudy dark yellow with a fluffy head. Mango, resin, lemon zest, grapefruit, herbal hops, grassy hops. Hoppy bitterness, some fruity sweetness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry hoppy resinous bittersweet finish. A nice refreshing sessionable IPA, great on a hot summer day.

Unclear brown with a big beige colored foamy head. Roasted malt, dark bread, cocoa, hints of smoke, earthy notes, toffee. Malty NA sweetness. Light bodied, watery creamy texture, lively carbonated, dry roasty malty sweet finish. A well made alcohol free dark ale.
