Clear pale yellow colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have nice citrusy zesty notes. Light and easy to drink. Good thirst quencher.

Taste: light sweet, medium bitter. Citrus fruits, floral, spicy and grassy notes. Mouth feel: medium minus body, appropriate carbonation. Overall: pretty interesting.

Bottle shared at BBT 05/2023. Quite strong oxidation both in aroma and flavour. Vague remnants of citrusy zesty fruitiness. Med-high bitterness, light yesty tartness. Thin body, very high carbonation. Unfortunately most of it gushed out when opening the bottle, it was pretty scary. Tastes okay, despite the heavy oxidation, but the gushing ruined it.

Gushing. Infected, DMS, oxidized. Point or two up for yuzu. Quite bad.
