Bottle, many thanks berntholer, medium thick bubbly head, quite clear dark orange to lightish brown colour, aroma of yeast, vinous, roots, wood and traces of dust and maltiness. Flavour of fruit, malt and hints of vinegar and wood, hint of sourness and a bit of alcohol coming through. Nice and enjoyable.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Cloudy yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Brett very present. Moderate bitter bretty flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

75cl Bottle. Shared with SirAlex and Will. Pours cloudy Dark Golden with a White head and lacings. Red wine, Vanilla, Wood, Brett, fruit and Candy. Quite some acidicity. Sipper. Felt it could be a lot more Well rounded. 4.0.

Bottle at home. Pours a deeper, brownish copper with an off-white head. Nose is esters, caramel and dark sugar. Taste is dried fruits, berries, fruity esters, dark sugar, light booze, champagne notes, and malty hints in the finish. Sweetish, but the finish is kinda dry. Light to medium bodied with average to high carbonation.

Bottle sample at Billie's. Már az alap sör is túlmutat a klasszik cukros, alkoholos belga jellegen, hiszen az átlagnál jóval testesebb, tartalmasabb a sör, de ami felteszi rá a koronát, az nyilván a hordóérlelés. Olyan gyönyörű csonthéjas, bogyósgyümis, tanninos, kissé funky felhangot kap tőle, hogy az valami csoda. A fesztivál egyik legkellemesebb meglepetése volt, nem gondoltam volna, hogy ennyire jó lesz.

Bottle at home in the spirit of Christmas, cellared this for a year. Pours opaque, orangeish golden with a quickly dissipating head. Nose is spicy, herbal, grapey with bubblegum hints. Taste is sweetish, malty, boozy, estery with surprisingly intense spicy, phenolic hints and hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Old rating from 2017 - 330ml bottle from the brewery, pours dark amber with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of marmalade, candy sugar, vanilla, earth, herbs & hops. Medium body. Crisp & warm finish
