Bottle, 9.4%. Spicy and caramelly honey aroma. Cloudy yellow colour, sparkling. Small stable creamy chalk white head. The flavour is sweet, sugary with a good honey note, some white wine notes as well. Late spicy honey note, has a sort of gingery bite in the finish. Seems alcoholic, but in a good warming way.

C&C 750 mL bottle with quite a bit of age on it. Pours a clear dark amber color with a thin fizzy white head that quickly fades. Aroma of toffee, caramel, port, honey, dates, mild citrus notes. The taste is honey, toffee, dark fruits, sherry, booze. Medium bodied, decent balance, lingering heat. Nice sipper and it has borne its age well.

Bottle shared by Fonefan at his place. Clear light golden color, no head. Aroma is honey, lightly alcohol and sweet. Taste moderately sweet, honey, a bit more alcohol than most other meads I’ve tried. Nice one.

Bottle shared by Fonefan at his place. Clear pale golden color, no head. Aroma is chemical and weird. Taste sweetish, overripe sweet fruits, some alcohol and honey. Artificial imo. No, not one of my favorites either.
