APPEARANCE: gold color and translucent. average white head with medium retention. TASTE: slightly sweet malty flavour with a médium bitterness that lingers into a semi-dry finish. PALATE: thin body with low carbonation. OVERALL: a nice Nuremberg Hells.

APPEARANCE: reddish amber color and clear. creamy white head with good retention. TASTE: sweet malt flavour with some faint notes of caramel and roasted cereal. some straw flavour. medium bitterness that lingers into a semi-sweet finish. PALATE: medium-low body with some creaminess. medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: altough not very much complex on the aromas and flavours, still a decent RotBier.

APPEARANCE: Brown color with ruby highlights and somewhat clear. average ivory head with good retention. TASTE: sweet malt flavour with caramelized notes and some faint dark fruits flavours. low bitterness with a semi-sweet finish. PALATE: medium-low body with low carbonation. OVERALL: a decent traditional bock.
