Had this at a Theresien Brewpub, Innsbruck 30.05.12 Pours chestnut in colour, good clarity with a light beige white head. Soft in mouth with plenty of chewy caramel and toffee flavours, bit sweet and a bit of a one trick pony but not bad. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.1

Bottled, 0.33l. Clear pale straw color with small creamy white head and lively carbonation. Aroma of malt, grassy hops, citrus and a bit skunkiness. Started with sweet malt flavor, followed by sour fruity note, while mouthfeel is a bit plain. Medium hoppy and spicy aftertaste. Medium body, thin and crisp texture with average carbonation in palate. Nothing special...

Bottle at home. Has a hazy straw-yellow colour with a medium white head. The aroma is surprisingly fruity with a lot of banana, and appears very welcoming. Sweet and fruity flavours with more spices and citrus. Not very lasting taste and thins out quickly. Slick and slightly watery mouth feel. In the end it didn�t feel like a wit but more a decent german hefeweizen.

Bottle at home. The colour is straw-like, and is a bit hazy, with a medium white head. The aroma is both sweet and fruity, and with some hay, and it reminds me of a little bit of a british golden ale. Sweet flavour of pale malt, sweet corn, hay, and citrus. Light bitterness and feels somewhat watery in the mouth and is pretty thin. Very little aftertaste, and appears a little weak throughout.

Not bad compared to the industrial lagers of Italy, but far from good compared to the Italian micros. It says pale ale on the bottle, but there is very little inside that reminds me of a pale ale. There is some hops and bitterness, but it feels sweet and watery. Boring beer, but drinkable.
