500ml bottle from Lightwater Valley, Yorkshire. Deep amber colour, short-lived thin white foam head and aroma of apple, apple skin, leather, barnyard. Taste is fruity apple, bittersweet, woody oak, vanilla, some spice, tannin with rubber, barnyard notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry oaky finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle. Yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of fruity pear, acidic. Taste is juicy pear, woody, acetic, some hay, tangy & sourish. Slick mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, low carbonation, tart finish. Quite OK.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of juicy apple, fruity, light barnyard. Taste is apple, apple skins, bittersweet with woody, barnyard, rubber, tannins. Slightly oily mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite OK.
