The brewhouse consists of three kettles from 1946 and a wort filter from 2014. The kettles are made of red copper and are “hammered” by hand into the existing shapes. The capacity is 3000 kg deposit. In the past, brews of 250 to 300 hl of lager were produced with this. Today we brew 110 hl per brew since the current beers are of a much higher density.

wicked aroma of ripe fruits, plums, apples, raisins, and cherries, also an oustanding sweet bready yeasty aroma. Like a great sweet load of sugar loaf. Flavor is very sweet, but also has a nice bitterness. Lots of flavors, more fruit, some licorice, more sweet breadiness. SOme vanilla lingers, with some sweet malts. Jesus, this is a party! wow. incredible beer! very complex!

Pours a dark red/brown with a nice white head. Aroma of roasted malts, caramel, some spices. An okay brew, but I’m not a fan, there are much better bocks around.

Pours a dark brown, almost black, with a tan head. Spicy aroma of licorice, anise, dark fruits, caramel toffee, yeast, herbs. Some alcoholic warming going on. Somewhat oily texture. Very good winter brew.

Pours a hazy golden/orange with a massive white head. Aroma of sweet malts, yeast, citrus fruits, spices, hops. Reminds me of a Tripel, but more hoppy.
