Bottled@Rådhuskällaren, Umeå. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is caramel, alcohol, some wineous notes along with sugar, wood and slight tart wood too. Flavour is sweetish tart fruitiness meeting some toffee, marzipan and mild wooden notes.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark orange, loaded amber, medium transparent, with scarce foam. Aroma is malty, earthy, chestnuts. Body is pretty thick, with average carbonation. Taste is fairly sweet, with a little bitterness to provide dryness.

375ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Dec 22. Thanks Mark for this. Dark red appearance, small white head. Smooth palate, fruity with good cherry definition although lacks a bright acidic sourness.. carob brings interesting chocolate notes, though thankfully quite mild. Different.
