A burgundy red ale with a a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of tart berries, grapeskin, light cork, light buttery notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light Brett, grapeskins, very nice. Bottle at mondiale 2025.

Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è di media potenza e con una punta moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato arrivano note di miele, nocciola, frutta secca, pane tostato, luppolo, resina, agrumi, uva passa, caldo e alcol presente.

La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato ma duttile, e articolato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso.
