Bottle shared with my girlfriend on a hot day. A lovely lambic with medium body, lovely acidity and light sweetness. There's some plum flavour, but the sweetness that is characteristic of Mirabelle plums could be more pronounced, as well as the plum flavour itself. Nevertheless, a lovely lambic.

Can. Very pale color amost clear short white head, smell of session ipa indeed. Flavor: light floral, moderately hoppy, some flour and yeast , citrus/tangerine, wheat. Thin body, strong carbonation, taste quite flat delicate bitterness, super dry citrusy finish some lavender.

Can 0.33l, two years old(!), bought at Valentino's pub, Palmanova. Lightly cloudy, red to black colored. AROMA- roasted malts, strawberry, citrusy, pine resins, jelly in chocolate. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, quite bitter, roasted, coffee, strongly resinous, spicy, touch of citrus. Medium bodied. Good.

Draught at Valentino's pub, Palmanova. Cloudy, amber colored. AROMA- pale plums, sea buckthorn, medlar, a bit earthy. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, a bit fruity sour, slightly bitter, apricot, pale plum, sea buckthorn, earthy. Medium bodied. Tasty.

On tap at Arrogant Pub. Almost clear golden with small white head. Citric and quite sour, somewhat acetic.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta trasparente. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione allegra, vivace e persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si fermano caratteristiche di miele, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, pompelmo e ananas.

Tap. Yellow semi-clear pour, white foam with good retention. Nose: sweet citric, tangerine, malty. Mouth: frizzy carbonation, orange, sweet-bitter finish.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours deep brown, with fine brown foam. Aroma is of licorice, a little nutty and dark chocolate. Body is not particularly dense, with minimal carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, but met with a nice roasty feeling. Final is fairly long and roasty.
