Fine white head on a pineapple body. The nose is fresh citrus and tropical fruit with sweet malt. Pineapple, grapefruit, lemon and tangerine lead the fresh fruit taste profile. Green apple, sour mash, and melons round out this refreshing ipa.

A dense, sticky masterpiece of an IS. A rich and boozy nose leads into a taste profile with dark molasses, chocolate fudge, trickle, burnt butter and dark berries. An ashy finish brings the sweetness and richness into balance. Chewy, sticky and delicious!

Smooth, understated DIPA. Fruit rind, pineapple, pepper and orange, but it is all soft and blended. Slightly creamy. No sign of the alcohol. I don't get why people brew beers with 9% abv with so little pop or taste.

A slightly off white head on an unfiltered straw body. The nose and taste hit the same nail on the head - soft peach, melon, pineapple and lemon. A slight creaminess, powerful carbonation and fresh hop accents make for a fresh smooth NE IPA

Solid, tall, well laced white head on clear light amber body. Nose features fruit rind, biscuit malt and grapefruit. Typical deep, astringent, rindy hops lead the taste profile. Lighter fruity notes work with rich malt and some honey sweetness to balance under the bite. That lighter fruity element sets this one apart from the core MC stream. Very nice

dense light tan head on near black body. Nose is less extreme than expected with chocolate, malt hints of peppers, citrus hops and booze. The taste profile is well blended with rich chocolate, frothy cream, some spice and vanilla up front. Then the peppers start to emerge, but are not overdone. A light honey sweetness and a hint of hops round out another top shelf imperial stout from the stout kings themselves. Super.

A rich deep tan head on a near black body. Chocolate fudge, dark berries and brandy on the nose. Creamy chocolate, field berries, vanilla, brandy, serious coconut, toffee and roasted malt are all there in this sumptuous blend. Cherries start to pop out more as the beer approaches room temperature. A medium to full body, creamy texture and slightly sticky mouth feel all work for me! Top edge.

A light tan head on a dark body. The nose has roasted grain, berries and chocolate. Some oatmeal stouts deliver a very dense, rich stout experience. This is a tasty stout, but lacks the density and deep flavours of some oatmeal stouts I have had. A bit disappointing for ET offering

A full well-laced tan head on a near black body. The nose features fresh ground hazelnuts, coffee and cocao. Roasted hazelnuts lead the taste profile with rising heat from the chili peppers. Coffee and unsweetened chocolate underpin the profiled ingredients. Touches of molasses and cherries round out a powerhouse menu of flavours. At near room temperature the taste experience is sumptuous, with a nice density and slightly sticky mouth feel. The hazelnuts and chili peppers extend well, in balance with the core IS ingredients. Worth the price and more!

Soft, well blended peach, apricot and lemon notes on a soft sweet malt base. Refreshing and a clean finish.
