Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Almost clear copper colour. Aroma of balsamic honey and cherries. Very sweet with medium body and rounded, sticky mouthfeel. Honey, sugar,and cherries. Saccharine burns in the finish.

Bottle split at ABC Beer The Hague, 24/09/2015. Thanks. Super bright fluoro pink coloured pour with no head. Viscous pour. Aroma is tangy apple, pomegranate, apple skin tannin. Flavour is composed of pithy apple, green apple, pomegranate, Palate is powdery sweet, , no carbonation. Lingering bruised apple. Really interesting mead.
