2017 bottle from Les Vignerons. Finally got ahold of this after about 5 years of searching. Pours a slightly hazy golden orange with a huge, airt head that is noisily settling down as I write. The nose is brilliant sour peach meaty, fruity, lovely, not the over-ripe kind, but with orange and lemon hints and a touch of tropical fruit. Creamy as well. Flavor is fruity peach, not really all that tart, but quite dry. Creamy, not exactly lactic but almost. There is some tart, partially ripe apricot or nectarine, which I guess is this kind of peach. It doesn't come off like a hugely ripe peach, but the tartness is less than expected from the nose. It is wonderfully crisp, clean, and refreshing. The finish is dry, though fruity, but not sweet. A wonderful beer. The malt is unobtrusive for sure, but it still seems like beer. Carbonation is high but not overly strong. Adds to the refreshing character. The Belgian yeast is there but not over-powering, just adding a nice spicy character to the peaches.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Ambrata, viva, schiuma leggera. Al naso note di vino bianco, leggero citrico e frutta, melone bianco, legno, lieve acetico. In bocca è acida leggera, bel carattere vinoso, una punta di acetico, secca, tart. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Non male, ma andrebbe rifinita un po'.
