Can at home. Hazy pale yellow color, medium sized white head. Aroma is lightly malts, citrusy and grassy. Flavor is lightly malts, moderately bitter at best, again loght citrusy notes. Very lightly bodied, watery texture. Mwah.

Tasting this beverage in my kitchen. Correct and smooth tripel, a bit too sweet but it is still ok, sugar, sweet apricot, syrupy, yeasty, alcohol well hidden, malty, discreet bitterness, perfect with this fresh weather. 01.11.2023, drinking it at Epalinges.

(Draft at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 19 Feb 2025) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with dark bread, chocolate and coffee. Malty, roasted taste with notes of coffee, chocolate, dark bread and a balanced roasty bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and well balanced stout. Quite nice.
