Based on our shared values and a common philosophy of quality brewing, Fordham and Dominion joined forces in 2007 and consolidated operations in 2009.

Their regular altbier. Copper, lots of spalt on the nose, slight mineral character, chalky body. Similar to some of the lighter alts, like Schumacher.

Copper, full malt palate, well-balanced but lacking that something extra I'd like to see in a stickebier. Double Bag it is not.

Reddish brown. Somewhat sweetish, but, thick, powerful and well hopped. A good barley wine.

Nut brown and hazy. Acidic and fresh with nice butterscotch aroma. A great weizenbock!

Hay coloured, hazy, thick head. Yeast, blueberry and acid on the nose; wheaty, lightly fruity taste; restrained acidity helps to dry it out. Good for what it is.

A bit dark for a pils. Nice almost medium body, with good head. I found it rather dry, like a North German pils. Quite drinkable. An excellent choice for a pils.

Amber color, but lightish. Smooth but lightish body. Sweetish aroma with a little caramel hint. Flavor is slightly toffeish and caramel - but understated. Has all the hints of a great marzen but at slight quantities.

This had the appearance and name of a dark lager, but totally tasted like a dark english ale: buttery diacetyl out the wazoo. A bit out of place in a German lager. Still, it was really nice tasting. Brownish red color with lasting white head. Sweetish toffeeish buttery aroma.

Hazy golden-bronze; monstrous malt nose with toast, some peachiness and crackerlike influences; chewy, malty palate - caramelly, earthy tones, hint of phenols.

Nicely refreshing, with some light esters of banana and clove. Fairly acidic, with a nice tartness...perhaps overly so?
