CN. Color: Hazy golden to amber, off-white head. Aroma: Malty, yeasty, spicy notes. Taste: Malty, sweetish, bit sugary, yeasty, spicy notes. Citrus hop backbone. Medium body, average carbonation. Over moderate sweet, light going to moderate bitterness. Ok.

Can. Color: Lightly hazy amber, off-white head. Aroma: Caramel malt, citrus hop. Taste: Caramel malt, grassy and citrus hop. Moderate sweet, starting moderate bitter, going to medium at long lasting hoppy and dry finish. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice finish, ok overall.

Bottle. Slow gusher. Color: Hazy orange, dense white head. Aroma: Tart, vinuous, grape, Brett funk. Taste: Very smooth, malty, wheat, vinuous red wine notes, oak wood, tannins, spicy notes, quite strong Brett funk. Boozy hints. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Moderate to over moderate sweet, light bitterness and tartness. Nice complexity and well balanced. Very well done, Homeland! I'm following their Wild series(?) from now on.

Bottle 37cl. @home poured into a tulip glass. Sourish nose. Pale golden colour, small fizzy white head, mostly diminishing, almost no lacing. Aroma wheat, brett, green apples, some vinegar. Taste medium sweetbitter and sour, brett, light citrus zest, spicy coriander, with strangely enough some cinnamon notes, wood notes. Medium body, watery texture, sweetbitter and sourish aftertaste, woody and malty notes, astringent tones, feels unbalanced, not completely convincing but all in all a decent.

Bottle. Nice to see that Homeland also started a mixed / wild fermentation serie. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Wheat malt, brett funk, sourish. Taste: Very smooth, Brett funk, light tart, moderate to over moderate bitterness, spicy coriander, zesty (orange). Dry bittery and Bretty finish. Medium body, low carbonation. Ok for a first one, curious about what will follow.

Can 33cl. @home poured into a tulip glass. Strong whisky nose. Pitch black, small creamy tan head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma smoked malt, oak, peat, whisky, iodine, Taste light light heavy sweet and slightly bitter, malty, wood, peat, alcohol, iodine, lacks chocolate notes, Full-bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, malty and boozy, not in balance, alcohol is too overpowering, lacks finesse, but okay.

Pours a clear golden colour and a small white heat that doesn't last long. Aroma's of sweetish grain & malt, a bit fruity. Retronasal it's a bit more fruity. Flavour is light malty sweet with a hint of bitter. Light bodied. Good carbonation. The finish is light moderate sweet.
