Homeland Brouwerij werkt vanuit een rijke geschiedenis en historisch besef aan een eigentijdse organisatie en producten. Met een onafhankelijke eigenzinnigheid, willen we onze klanten uit alle windstreken verrassen met een nieuwe wereld van bier.

Bij Brouwerij Homeland is het prettig thuiskomen voor iedere bierliefhebber. Onze brouwerij is gevestigd op het voormalige Marine terrein in Amsterdam, een historische locatie waar wij ons als vrijbuiters en avonturiers volledig thuis voelen. Sinds 2016 werken we hier aan een hypermoderne brouwerij waar ambacht, innovaties en brouwpassie de basis leggen voor een bijzondere reeks craftbieren.

Pours black, small tanned head. Smell is full, milder umami, roasty, bit liquorice. Taste is sharp, tad boozy, umami, liquorice, roasty. Medium to medium full bodied. medium low carbo. Bit boozy in the finish. OK

Colour hazy pale amber, small frothy white head, dissipating slowly, fair lacing. Aroma pale malt, orange, passion fruit, pine, grass. Flavour medium sweet and bitter, malty, orange, grapefruit, pine resin. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, smooth and fresh bittersweet finish, orange pith, light earthy and chalky notes, well-made, very nice IPA.

Fairly tasty RIS. Quite thin, plenty of toast, some sweetness and a bit of coffee. This is one of those things that shows that a mediocre beer of a tasty style can still pull it off. Needs more body.

Slightly unclear nice amber brown colour, good frothy off-white head, half-way lasting, light lacing.Aroma toasted malt, caramel, coriander, cloves. Flavour medium sweet and light bitter, malty, caramel, spices. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Malty sweetbitter finish, some orange pith, spicy and alcohol notes, not your usual tripel, nice.

Op tap bij Café Restaurant Amsterdam. Prima Belgisch Wit, typische tarwe- en korianderzaadgeur en smaak. Verfrissend.

Clear pale amber, good frothy off-white head, good retention. Aroma pale malt, lemon, oranhe, pine resin. Flavour medium sweet and bitter, malty, lemon, grapefruit, pine. Light body, oily to watery texture, soft carbonation, smooth and lingering bittersweet finish with orange pith and pine resin. Well-made session IPA, quite nice actually.

Black colour, tall frothy tan head, good retention, heavy lacing. Aroma roasted malt, coffee, cocoa, dried dark fruit, liquorice, vegetal notes. Medium body, oily texture, smooth mouthfeel, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter finish, alcohol, spicy notes, some ash. Overall a satisfying though kind of light-weight RIS, tasty and easy to drink, good effort.
