Cuivrée/ambre, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un nez rappelant une vieille brune belge - moldy, grains, caramel, petite note aigre - vinaigre qui arrive en retrait, fines effluves adoucies en rétro-nasal - ici aussi la figue est plutôt en retrait et pas vraiment facile à reconnaître.
Palais est finement aigre, léger funk, effet barnyard virant vers le Cantillonesque, vieux cellier, cave, la figue apporte une petite note de douceur voire un léger côté sucre résiduel. Aigreur bien dosée - figue est plus en appui et est difficile à noter sans le savoir.

On tap at Abirradero, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out black liquorice, roasted malt, and pungent earthy hops. Flavour is burnt and bitter, with black liquorice, burnt coffee, and earthy hops. Burnt and jagged. It's pleasant but needs lots of work.

On tap at Abirradero, pours a cloudy golden, almost no head. Aroma brings out tropical stone fruits, some lacto, and citrus acidity. Flavour brings out rotting banana, guava, lacto, and citrus. There's too much odd rotting fruity — like guanabana character. It's vibrant and fruity, but the fruity character ain't that great.
