Courtesy of gunhaver. Pours deep brown with tan head. Yep, as expected the aroma has a lot of notes as pointed out in the name of the beer with chocolate, roasted malts, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spices. I think the notes go pretty well together. The taste has pumpkin mixed with dark roasty malts and some rich dark chocolate and malt roastiness. Nice tasting brew that would go nicely for dessert.

Peachy colour. Nice head. Soft carbonation. Wonderful vinous aroma, woody and with light brett. Tart, woody, with great pear-like fruitiness. Dry finish. Nice brew.

Bottled Jan 2 5 (?) Bomber from Liquid Solutions. Strongly malty aroma with an aged fortified wine aspect. Very dark brown color with garnet? hints at the edges. No head. Full bodied with mild, creamy carbonation. Rather syrupy. Maple. Some dark fruit. A bit of coffee at the finish. Also heat develops in the back of the throat. And wood. Quite a sipper.

From Skyview’s bottle. A tasty, and somewhat above average, West Coast IPA. Brown color and a thin, white head that leaves a lace. Abundant floral, flowery hops in the aroma. Flavor is bitter, and a combination of herbal hops, and sweet malt. Medium palate. This is the sort of IPA you keep in the fridge all the time.

Draught No head, deep foxy-amber beer. Very citrussy hopsnose with much orange peel; some exotic pears. Very dry orangerind hops; bitterness à gogo. Very dry indeed, approaching dry-out effect. OK, Alaska is W.C. too.

Many thanks to puzzl for sharing - hazy straw color, with a sticky lace - very herbal and minty aroma, with a spicy bite to it - quite dry, with some apparent phenolic flavor - some pale, biscuity malt, but it is mostly dry - light brett and some oak - herbs and grain - a wee bit of citrus fruitiness - pretty nice, but I’d like to try it once the brett has taken stronger hold.

Draught Very high, collapsing head over orange beer. Very fruity nose with orange peel and strawberry flavour; some fine spices, as laurel, but smelling already a bit "hot" in fermenting. Fruity with a bitter finish. Little mineral saltiness. Noble hops, not USA, some orange peel again. Can’t get the Bretts. Medium bodied, but very slick, a bit oily. Yes. Another Wh/y/labs/east offshoot. Still, it shows some character.

Bottle courtesy of Bu11zeye: Poured a clear golden color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry and citrusy hops is clearly dominating with some notes form floral hops but too subtle to make a real impact. Taste is also dominated by some dry and citrusy hops with a light malt profile. Good carbonation with an average body and no apparent alcohol but lacking floral hops. Nice experiment overall but not something I would wish to have on a regular basis.

Shared by puzzl, nice one. The beer pours a thick golden color with a strong but small head. It’s very pretty looking, cannot see through the beer, its a bit of a muted gold, not shiny, color. It’s a very nice nuanced beer. Aroma is at first herbal, which I first though as "blah" but as I stayed with the beer other interesting aspects came out. I got a light brett, in the way of light dry pineapple. It worked nicely with the herbal yeasty character. Taste is again herbal but not as strong. It left a dry and lightly sweet aftertaste. It reminded me a bit of some Orval bottles I have come across. I would really like to see how one of these is doing with some time on it.

Bomber shared by one of the guys on my left as I sat facing the AS door! Whoever, THANKS! Nose of citrus and floral hops with some caramel and a bit of tartness; Orange-yellow with a small yellow head and some floaties; flavor of hop bitterness and some fresh rose hibs! Excellent!!!
