An interesting take on the style. Highly hopped with PNW hops giving it an almost IPA like feel, but then a huge malt biscuity mouth balances things out driving home with a moderately dry finish.

Aiming for mainstream and that is what they get. Don't bother, unless your looking for numbers.

Carries a nice chocolately, molasses nose, a nice balanced body and a chocolate truffle like finish.

Due to it being served out of a nitrogen tap it has a smooth creamy sweet chocolately body and finishing mildly bitter. Their best regular beer

I found much too heavy and full of cloves and nutmeg to really be a wit, much more like a weissen

Has cascade hops and toffee notes through out, but lacking any real character. Next

Light bodied and milk chocolatish. I don't know why they rotate this with the Stout, as the stout is their best regular beer!

Tastes like Japanese barely tea (mugicha). If I want Japanese tea, I will go to a Japanese restaurant, I don't need it in a brewpub.

Shines in the tulip shaped glass like sherry. The nose is perfumy, with hints of spice. The body is yeasty with a mouth full of perfumy spices and a tight body. The finish is like a spiced up sherry. Not overly complex, but well made.

A full malty nose of light toffee and espresso notes. The rich, full, chewy, body is dominated by toffee, figs, black cherries caramel all leading to a smooth bold malty finish. This is the best beer these guys offer, totally AWESOME
