An orange beer, a head is quite big and blond. Aroma has grapefruit, mango, some caramel. Taste has mango, grapefruit, not totally pure due to some herbs, also nice caramel and medium bitterness. Medium bodied. Quite good.

Can. Light haze on this orange - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth but thin and slightly dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Light creamy malt sweetness. Tangy citrus and plenty of citric peel. Ripe tropical fruits. Light finish. Plenty of hops and hop fruits but where is the hop brightness? Tidy but there is many better out there. Many many!

13 April 2019. At First Timternational Beer Tasting, Ghent. Cheers to Ghent beer crew! Pours hazy orange with a lasting, small, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of cheese, pine, sweaty onion, mellow orange & mango, pepper, grass, lime, something that reminds me of cold french fries. Taste is light fruity sweet, mango, orange & lime mixing well together, a bit sourish before initiating a medium hoppy bitterness, more prominent notes of pine, cheese, grass, pepper & onion, which results in a dry, floral & piney hoppy finish, onion & pepper lingering, more dank fruit & some warming alcohol (slightly gin-like). Medium body, slick-oily texture, fizzy carbonation. A bit too much on the spicy & dank side perhaps but still very fresh ‘between the lines’.

Double NEIPA with added mango by a Californian microbrewery called Creative Creature, one I hadn't heard of before; can shared at First Great Timternational Beer Geek Tasting in the ‘Bloemekenswijk’ in Ghent. Egg-white, mousy, regularly edged, opening head on a cloudy apricot blonde beer, very milky and ‘yolky’ with sediment. Aroma of yuzu and other exotic citrus fruits, granadilla, mango indeed but more green than ripe, carambola, yellow Zespri kiwi, freshly made dough, unripe grapes, cheese spread, grapefruit juice, sweet paprika powder. Cleanish onset nevertheless carrying forward a lot of ‘hop fruitiness’ reminiscent of green kiwi, grape, starfruit and – more than anything – crisp and refreshing, lime- or yuzu-like citrus flesh; softly carbonated, softly doughy and fluffy malt soil, powdery and softly peppery accents in the finish with a touch of grapefruit and paprika, very pleasantly spicy while at the same time remaining utterly juicy and refreshing, the juiciness clearly coming from the added mango as well. Very decent, bright and characterful example of this style.

Pretty cloudy deep blond to orange beer, small creamy light beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: dusty, bit funky, horse stable, sweet ripe tropical fruits, sweet impression, some vanilla, lactose. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft acidity, lots of tropical fruits, nice bitterness, sugary touch, some pineapple. Aftertaste: more bitter, bit resinous, some alcohol, tropical fruits, pretty dank and hoppy.
