Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate biter nice flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Muddy blond color. Uninviting baking yeast smell. Dry mouthfeel, with very yeasty flavor.

Hazy amber beer, thick frothy white head. Light airy palate, silky too. hard to pin down, a very light crisp palate that belies it’s abv. The taste is a sublte blend of honey malt, orange and light light brandy. Minerals. Finishes light and frothy. Very nice - light as a feather and something a bit different.

Bottle. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small frothy unstable head. The flavour is citric and not very bitter. Not so good.

Bottled. Golden colour with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, grass, mild citrusy notes as well as some slight notes of yeast. Flavour is bready malts, some grass, wood and mild yeasty and berryish notes.

On tap at Olbaren, CPH with Theis. Cheers mate! Sweet strong silky stout. Not roasty or bitter. Banana and bubblegum sweetness throughout the beer but no whiskey at all!!!

Bottle @ Kolding Ølmesse , 2011. Pours black with a small creamy white head. Vague roast, coffee bean, courbon and alcohol. Roasted and ashy. Medium bodied.
