heavy, roasty malts, aroma of dark chocolate, just like a strong coffee, i can find a little smoke, tar; frothy, light-brown, mostly-diminishing head, with good lacing; dark brown, thick, oily body, harsh bitterness; dreher bak is too sweet, this is too bitter a little bit, but my choice is gösser bock

50 cL can, courtesy of faeroeviking. Pours dark brown with a golden redish hue and a collapsing offf-white head. Dense malty and fruity aroma. Dry roasted, breadish and mild sweetend flavoured with a nice roasted lingering flavour into the finish. Lasting breadish dry impression. Bitter to.

Bottled(500ml). -from Penny Market in Nagykanizsa, Hungary.
Yellow/pale golden coloured, airy soapy white head, light grassy lemony nose. The taste is light grainy, weak malty and watery, of course. Typical Hungarian pale lager. Had once and never again.

0.5l bottle courtesy of and shared with ogivlado (thanks!) Poured a lighter golden colour with a medium-big thick head that went away at a medium pace. Ok, fine light maltiness in the nose, a bit oily, light grassy hops too. Better than expected. The taste wasn’t far off. Light, ok perfumey and somewhat woody maltiness mingling with light hop. Weak note of alcohol, low bitterness. Balanced but boring. And yes, better than expected.
